Quick Questions =) does the audio come through the hdmi cable along with video to the monitor, or is it only audio?
also how close do you have to play to the monitor when playing say a console fps to see well?

Oh yeah. I love the Monitor! Well, $34 is $34. So I saved some money. Keep in mind its halfway through the school year Ive had this. So thats a really good deal. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do

I've got my eyes on this monitor at the moment, did you have any problems with it and how's the picture quality?

For being a graphic designer the color on it wasnt the best. Very nice outputting resolution. The build quality on the actual monitor is great. But The build quality on the stand makes the monitor a bit flimsy when you slighty shake your desk. For being a Matte Screen, with my window right behind the monitor in broad daylight I hardly ever see a glare. A couple of dead pixels. But nothing you can really notice unless you really pick the out. Over all I recommend this monitor.

hey thanks for the quick reply, I just needed more monitor space, and I will also be using it for gaming, how's your gaming experience on it, graphic and sound wise.

Probably the worst thing about this monitor is the speakers. They are abit louder than laptop speakers but sound like them. I really wouldn't recommend using them for intense gaming. You are better off getting a $50 headset. There is an audio out port on the monitor for via HDMI port gaming. (PS3, Xbox) so you can use your standard 3.5 mm jack headphones for it at least. Graphic wise, not the brightest and most crisp, but MUCH better than Standard Definition. PM for more detail.

@noobwithanrs I actually DO have a dead pixel. But it states in the warranty you need like 7 to return. I dont even notice the dead pixel
