Hell yes, the state failed to protect her, how many parole officers saw her in Phillip Garrido's house? Did any of the parole officers bothered to search that monster's backyard? @coolchick72040 In the pictures they show? Not at all. The pictures with one person it them are all of her. The pictures of her with only one other person by her is her mother and the picture of her with her mother and a tall girl next to her is her sister. She would only allow her daughters to be photographed with her and their backs to the camera when that photo shoot was going on.

@KLUNKET Agreed. She lost 18 years of her life and not a thing was done to rescue her or her daughters from this monster. Phillip Garrido is a pig and Nancy is just as bad for letting him do that what he did to her.
