I just put a canvas board in front of my cables to cover them up, might do some cable management soon if i have the time.

LoL!! I'd need even more cable management with an iMac - external hard drive(s), external USB hubs, external card reader.......

It's not that hard but it's time consuming. The biggest thing you'll need is time.

I'll have to do some cable management at my desk too. But I got SO MANY cables I don't know what to do. But will hopefully find out how to do it.
