A) Lower the SMPT (they are height adjustable) and then jack it up under the boat

B) i think they build it inside and drive it into a dry dock.

C) Reverse of A ( on special made stands)

D) The SMPT are not water resistant, sow the lower it on stands and pump the dry dock full.
