  • just look michael milon's jump

    1000% for michael milon

he preforms his katas just fantastic

i mean he is very good, fast, strong.

He is unbelivible, the way he makes the katas is very good

so as i sad i give a vote for milon

  • Unsu: One thing I dislike from many people on youtube video is the jump. Most of them swing their legs up to gain more height. The real move should be a Mikazuki Geri which is a kick.

Gankaku: As I said in many Valdesi's video, it should be a Yoko Geri Keage, not a Yoko Geri Kekomi.

These guys are still real athletes. Overall, Milon won but not by much.

  • @Larloch80 - Thank goodness that someone else sees what I see. Another thing that's becoming very popular, especially in Europe, is the long wait. Wait for their funny walk to the entry point. Wait until they bow. Wait for another funny walk to the starting mark. Wait for another slooow bow. Wait for the announcement of the kata. Finally more waiting for them to start. I'd like to see a time limit and points penalty for time wasting.

  • @xlovexcz - Sure you can. You do it with different food, wine and people all the time. Why not do it with different kata? It's just my opinion but I'm of the view that kata should not be for competition in the first place. As soon as there is 'competition' things suffer. For example working dogs were doing fine before Dog Shows came along and now we have serious problems (breathing, backs & hips) in what were once healthy breeds. I think kata is heading down a similar road.

  • @Larloch80 These katas are evaluated as Tokui, so they can do that :)
