While I love the movie, even I have to admit it's one bad flick...not with out its own twisted charm though.

I saw this movie once when I was a little kid. A slasher flick made in the late 70's or early 80's. It opens with some guy running away from a killer and some knife comes out of nowhere and slices his hand down the middle. It ends with some girl being thrown in a furnace and some cops notice the black soot coming out of the chimney. It's such a faint memory, I was a little kid. But I've always been curious what it was.
