Gore Canyon is a steep and deep river gorge with an abundance of booming Class IV+ - V rapids. The huge hits, difficult maneuvers and thundering drops make Gore one of the most challenging commercially rafted sections anywhere. Paddling hard through world-class rapids like Applesauce, Gore, Tunnel Falls and Kirshbaum doesn't leave much time to take in the scenery and abundant Rocky Mountain wildlife. Gore is an expert trip that is reserved for the serious paddlers only. Very good physical fitness and previous rafting experience are required for the 12 miles of epic rafting that is Gore Canyon. Our minimum age for Gore is 18.
