Not quite. The Laws in Wales Acts were passed at the feudal King Henry Tudors pleasure. In feudal law the king owned (or WAS) the country. In effect the welshman Henry 7th abolished a separate land of England and took it into his welsh fiefdom. That he kept the name 'England' has little significance in constitutional terms - The Laws in Wales Acts actually defined a separate constitutional position for Wales, creating a Court of Great sessions and a Council of Wales.

@SmileOrIllCillYou Technically, it is represented by the flag of England due to the Laws in Wales act of 1535 which annexed Wales following the 13th century conquest. Honestly tho, i am glad it aint on there...we are a nation of proud ppl who don't really wanna be part of that english rule ;) CYMRU AM BYTH
