How much are primers? Can I get it at Target or Walmart?

@coconut913 Yes you can find a primer at Walmart and Target...if you have a sallys near you you can find a primer there as well.

You were talking about the colour looking bland without a primer base, I'm not sure if you've heard this or not.. I was watching a MAC artists in action video and the makeup artist suggested wetting your eye shadow like with a setting spray to intensify the colour. If you have it around it might help to make the palette more worth while.

@sarrebear Wetting the shadow helps to intensify the color but doesn't help the color to stay on longer if you are using a cheaper brand. The primer and the base has to be used because the eyeshadows are very powder like and not as good a quality as the MAC. Thank you for watching!

Thank you for the info. I had no idea a primer and eyeshadow base was needed.I would just put the eyeshadow on.

@latoyaland Yea girl I cant stand it when they just put their finger on the pallet and they are like here is the color...and I'm like duh it looks pigmented because you pressed your dang finger in the powder haha.
