i loved the series finale but heres my problem with WB doing this stupid thank you promo after cancelling the show.... its the same thing as a rapist thanking his victim for the good times

Oh and another thing. Ratings were actually up when Smallville and Angel were together for Angel's fifth season. They were up more than the previous season when Dawson's Creek was paired with Angel I think it was. We deserved a 6th season.

Love that they put this promo after the series finale. When i saw the msg, I'm sorry but it really made me mad. I think that was when cracks started forming in The WB. Sorry but this is what I call a halfhearted Thank You.

Wish they could have had a better ending! Heard they have been doing a comic book.

I miss this show! It use to be my all time favorite show! :'(

@stoivan85 preach lol all these reality & chick shows make me sick, what happened to real shows and real ACTING?

Angel did not deserve this, Season 5 alone was better than all the Buffy Seasons put together, i hope that they make a season 6 or an Angel Movie cause even in 2011, they all look young as ever

@mandukar They weren't struggling with Angel though. In fact they had a huge thing being set up, and cancelling the series just ruined it. Whedon knew Buffy was tapped out and he was ready for it to go; but he felt like Angel was just hitting its stride. That's the dissapointment. That the series gained viewers in season 5 and had so much good ahead of it, and got cancelled anyways because of a stupid power play.

I dunno, S5 seems to be a good ending point for any show. Especially a Whedon show. If Buffy had ended in S5 I would have missed characters like Buffy, Willow, and Xander instead of hating them. A lot.

joss whedon was about to make a spike movie but it never happen

i'm sad that it ended and all and though this wasn't the ending i wanted i'm glad it ended because the last season was really boring compared to the rest i only enjoyed like a couple of episodes. especially the one where cordelia came back and the last 4 or 5 episodes of the series. cause after cordelia died it wasn't the same and just after she died fred and wesley died so the show was just going to be empty if it continued.
277? I think not. He said he was 241 in Season 1 of Buffy so that would make him 250. (v-v)

@WillowMaclay They add in the 27 or so years he was actually alive before he was turned into a vampire. I think he was born in 1727 (on his tombstone you can see his birth and death years in one of the episodes - "Darla" maybe?) so that makes him about 277 in 2004.

@DamnSkippyToo Remember he spent an extra 100 years in a hell dimension when Buffy stabbed him. When his son was in a hell dimension he came back as a teenager.

@Corleone2239 Yes, he did, but the show never accounted for that time whenever they mentioned his age.

@DamnSkippyToo yeah i don't like season 5 that much either and i have 2 more episodes to watch. but i haven't seen this part throughout the whole season.oh well =(

@diana42807 Then it's probably in one of the last two. It looks like it would be, since it's all of them doing a power walk and that, seems to me, would only have happened in one of the final episodes.
