The Food festival aims to capture the spirit of Brazilian culture and cuisine. The delicious buffet will include the traditional feijoada carioca from Rio de Janeiro, one of tastiest Bahian dishes, bobó de camarão, a shrimp specialty, famous Amazon fish dishes and other recipes. All meals will be overseen by head-chef Deborah Rosalem. In addition, there will also be live Brazilian music and other great forms of entertainment.
