On the live vs. lipsynching thing - I think this is a re-recorded studio version used in concerts. I believe it's her own voice, but doing a whole song live and manipulating your voice like that can't be safe. In any case, this sounds exactly like she performed in Gothenburg two years ago - when myself and about two others in the whole damn arena jumped out of our chairs and started singing along, while the others were just looking at us - and Dolly! - like they were thinking 'WTF?' ;D
