  • Yes, you can.

  • Chef,

Love your book, but suggest adding a table of content with the Arabic names of the recipes, and would be much convenient if using Arabic script for this table of content. For me, as an Arab who is used to the Arabic names of the recipes, it is a headache to find the recipe I want depending on the English translation.

    Best regards,

    Kamela

  • Greetings Kamela,

    Thank you.

That is a good suggestion and I will certainly remember to include both names in the table of contents in my next book.

All the recipes are listed in the index with their Arabic names as well as their English translations - but I see what you are saying about the table of contents per chapter.

I am hopeful that in the future perhaps the book will be translated using Arabic script.

    Many thanks for contacting me,

    Chef Kamal

  • Greetings,

Yes, we will be loading a tutorial on how to prepare the dough over the next few days. I can't wait to share with you how easy it really can be. Please look for the tutorial over the next few days.

    Best regards,

    Kamal
