Wow, the similarities gave me goose bumps. It would be a breath of fresh air to see a new face on the big screen. The fact that he really is in the armed forces and not just 'playing' a part deserves respect in itself! Good Luck Shon!

Phenomenal! Give this guy his day in court. Sincerity isn't something you can just act. It's something you have to be. This is how we should believe in whether a man can play a character like this. Just watching this makes me want to believe again, that movies CAN capture our imagination with the actor.Action is great, but it's icing. Too many super hero movies don't allow us ever to have the characters draw us in. I loved watching this short clip just for that reason. i was drawn in.

What they 'mean' by First Avenger' is that he was FIGHTING to AVENGE someone/thing before IM,HULK,AntMan/WASP(NOT white anglo saxon pros).

Now THOR I have a small problem with cause being a GOD he's older than all. BUT, he was cast down to earth later than Cap, to 'learn his lesson' so he wasn't fighting directly on earth before Cap. Same way that Namor and the original Human Torch were in Invaders(70's retcon) first, but people dont know.

@boogysplit sorry mate but i dont think wrestlers or ufc fighters should have any role in half decent cinema. these movies work because a capable actor is involved, norton, downey jnr, sam jackson, ...hemsworth is a talented actor , bale and ledger..Micheal Keaton...etc.... someone who looks the part just isnt enough, .. I mean Couture with hugo weaving and tommy lee jones would be awful...... id hav liked to see an unknown casted like they did with reeves who was perfect for superman

Couture...I know I know, his acting isnt something to die for...but he has the middle aged, square jaw, built like a brick shithouse, blond hair blue eyed, all American look. I think they should have at least let him cast for the part, and then maybe given him some acting classes...lol
