SOOOO, obviously its not a LEGIT landing... (not YET! I'm positive I'll get this real soon if i don't get injured or fat lolol!!). Although a bunch of the warmups are pop (some on purpose, some not hahaha) the actual attempts are legitimately lift left foot then right, as revealed by the slow-mo
I thought the visible progress I caught on film that accelerated me from *0-to-PrettyClose* in about 15 minutes of effort was worth sharing, for two reasons:
#ONE: its pretty much rad. Ch'ya!
#TWO: I bet by sharing how I went about it I might help someone better than me actually stick it in a similar time frame!!
So yea, this was the only highlight near the end of a pretty awful session. The real life duration of the events is somewhere around 15-20 minutes I think!!
(I got the whole series on film and every try is in here, good and bad. I only cut one clip, because... I accidentally deleted it :P *sigh*)
(1) running invert singleleg/raiz
(2) High Sideswipe
(3) Snapuswipe (harder than ch7 but requires a solid set, so it drills the set doing this FIRST of the two)
(4) Overtwist the snapu
(5a) Optional is doing some doubleleg twist to help get the feel the twist timing, it helped me anyway to touch base with this pretty familiar move!
(5) Bring it back to ch720 twist OR raiz-twist, drill
(6) Rip the twist like like CRAZY!!!!!
Do it Cepopeye! (Also toward the end I started thinking, "wow the women love to watch you roll." Except I thought a different word for women.
