Water cooling, Silent Pc cases. Cases with a padding material inside to dampen sound. You want to stay away from fans if possible or go with an enclosed case. Typically you wouldn't want louder fans, like the ones with fancy lights.

I'm not one to immediately jump into new technology as in being on top of bleeding edge. Learned my lesson many, many years ago that there is normally a price to pay for early adopters. As such, today I ordered a Sabertooth Z77 which will be here on Wednesday. I'm pairing it up with a 3770k. Thank you for producing the video as it has clarified a few features that weren't immediately visible to me.
