Fraps and I encode the vids in Windows Movie Maker.

Really? What are your specs? I tried using fraps to record but i always got frame rate lag. -_-

Using half-size and 30 fps settings.

have q9550 @ 3.8 ghz

2x 4850s in crossfire

4gb ram

Pretty good system...better than mine actually.

I just have:

E8400 @ 3.0ghz

4870 1gb

4gb ram

What I do is, play SF4 at 720p windowed and have set Fraps on 60 fps and half or full size depending on the stage.

Half size is perfect for every stage while fullsize can sometimes give a little lag for some stages.

You should always have it 60 fps regardless though.
