  • Haha all this crap about image and comparisons to other bands...who cares? You eighter like the music or you dont, its all a matter of taste?

I saw em last week at a festival in Rotterdam and i found them really uplifting, and they got the crowd going?!

And on the image part? What do you use when listening to music??? Eyes or Ears??? I rest my case:)

  • HACIA MUCHO TIEMPO QUE UNA BANDA NO ME VOLABA LA CABEZA ASI... REALMENTE ME QUITO EL SOMBRERO... ESTA BANDA ES GENIAL, TIENE INFLUENCIA DE LOS 50, 60 Y 70. SON POTENTES COMO LOS RAMONES, CON VOCES CALIDAS COMO EL ROCK DE LOS 50 Y LA ESTETICA TAMBIEN MUY RETRO! CANCIONES BASTANTE POP ROCK COMO EN LOS 60!

  • @madfert lo mejor del 2011 ;)

  • @samambaiamus lol, why??, i just love this kind of music xP

  • @SpaSnipersBack all you want with your comment is to sound HIPSTER. LOLOLOLOL

  • i love this band, i discovered them when they were called the new Strokes. I love The Strokes so i looked up for The Vaccines and now i have two favorite bands!!!

  • Oh were those words a bit too naughty? Too...punk? And on the aggro side, when the words "Deluded" and "ridiculous" are thrown in the mix then of course someone is going to respond with a sharp tongue. But its been splendid sparring with you cos if you cant get the blood pumping talking about music then you may as well be dead. Peace!

  • chill out on the aggression, anyone would think you're actually in this band. of course the tunes are important. I never denied that i just said it is a combination of tunes and image. This is a good thing: record sleeves, clothes, attitude are all artistic expression - they combine with the music. since the dawn of pop/rocknroll/punk this has been the case. surely you must see that? and can you avoid so much swearing if possible.

  • @PerspexUlysses Bullshit! Yes i know all about the stories and the people and the places and the drugs and the sex...yawn. Do you really think for a single minute if THE TUNES were not much cop that these bands would of scaled the heights that they did? No! The fact remains that when you pull out a vinyl with a white paper sleeve on blast it out, THE SONG IS WHAT MATTERS DUH! I know that is so hard for you to grasp but maybe one day you'll see past your own nose and wake the fuck up.

  • @tenamir the ramones coordinated exactly what they wore, paul simonon of the clash and sid vicious of the sex pistols were recruited into their bands before they could even play instruments: for their image and attitude. hell a large chunk of the punk movement was spawned from Malcolm Mclaren and Vivienne Westwood's fashion designs. The Damned often used to play pre recorded tracks live and simply fuck about on stage with fake blood. THESE are punk icons. Punk was all image, dont be ridiculous
