Live music, Guelph - Whole Hearted cover

This is a clip of the old band playing at the University of Guelph in the early 90's? I think.
About mid-song the camera focused on beautiful young girl dancing alone. We think she was a crasher/student but we're not sure.
It Dec 11/92 and if you happen to see this 'Mystery Dancer' (or anyone that might know who she is) Leave a messege.
