Well the NBA registered heights are the players with shoes. For example Ricky Rubio is 5'11  (I think )without shoes but is 6ft with shoes.

alot of the "billed" heights are lies in the nba.....adam morrison for example was 6'6 before the draft, he was labeled 6'9 on draft day, and now is 6'7 in the nba.....chris webber is billed at 6'10, but they say he is really 6'7....same goes for peja
