For me it didn't work. It says that an operational system was not found in the pen drive.

Brilliant, you save me 25 pound, I was going to buy external DVD ROM but this solved my problem

Thank you so much!!
I was looking for a way to make this work.
USB is much faster and flexible than a DVD drive.
Keep up the good work!!

can you use the recovery disk with other computers that once had win 7 on it or does it only work on one computer?
HI hope you can "still" read this comment..
im having a problem on selecting the partition.. whenever i "select partition 1" , it says "THERE IS NO PARTITION SELECTED"
hence, i couldnt make it "active"
and also i noticed that from the partition list, there's an '*' before the partition 1 whereas in your video there shouldnt be one..

@noisyass2 You should:
Use "list disk" and "select disk" to figure out which drive to use, you should be able to tell by the size of the drives.
Use "list partition" on the disk you selected to see if there is more than one partition.
If there is, you need to figure out which one to use and use "select partition X", where X is the number of the partition to use.
You have to have selected a partition for the "active" command to work.

@MzMuda87 I would say try a different disc and see what happens. I don't remember if I tried to burn it on a CD or DVD but either should work.
