  • It's squirrelly as hell. Totally unstable. That's why you only see short, very short, edited clips.

Needs many mods to make it even close to being fun to fly.

    And it's fragile.

  • Indoors can be totally stable. This is intended for windless location. Wind is the worst enemy of mini helicopters. Please don't be so quick to judge.

  • whats that song?By the way, the heli is sweet!

  • Its a tune from Garageband

  • Im not yet an expert in Helicopter as in RC Cars, whats the difference between 3 channels and 4 channels, i seldom see Gyros in 4 Channel Models? why?

  • From what I've read so far, it seems the 4#3 traded built-in stability for swiftness and agility. To those that are looking for an easier to fly, more inherently stable single rotor micro heli. look to the walkera cb100 or blade msr. Simple as that.

  • To me this heli is good for transition from a 3 channel heli to a 4 channel and given its size it would not be that stable since its small, if you want a more stable heli go get something like the The Improved Exceed RC Falcon 40 Helicopter, its also a training heli but its more stable, good for out door flying check out nightflyer's channel for RC heli stuff, hes pretty good

  • Get a plane!

  • This isn't great editing , especially at the beginning with all the crazy disolves.. I have no idea what I'm looking at. Then the angles are so close it's like you're trying to create a Michael Bay Transformers movie where you have no idea what's happening :) I want to see how high it can go, how large it is in perspective of objects around it, how far away from the operator it can go.

  • You really are getting my goat now. Do you actually own one of these, if not your opinion is meaningless, or do you just talk shite for a living?

I was talking about the skill needed to fly any rc control heli fool, do not try twist that to suit your own misguided view of a very stable and easy to fly heli, easy that is to those that can fly single rotor 4ch helis. PicooZ'z are 2ch pieces of shit for people that don't want to put the time in to learn how to fly something decent.

  • There's nothing wrong with being happy to spend many hours struggling with an unstable machine just to get a few moments of control.

That can make a person a better pilot allowing better performance with a machine that has some inherent stability.

This machine has none of that. Again, I point to my experience with the PiccoZ and LiteMachines heli.

Fly all three on the same afternoon and you may see what I mean.

  • lol, yes it was kinda rude, but that's the way I am sometimes when faced with ignorance.

It may also be that people who claim these things are unstable etc are the ones that think they should be able to fly by rights and not realise that everyone else spends hours and hours developing the skills to allow them to fly these helis in a stable manner.

  • That's kind of rude.

On RCU's forum on this machine, there are plenty of folks who find their machine unstable and nearly unflyable.

And there are also plenty who claim that theirs is rock solid, right out of the box.

But here, we see a promotional video that indicates to me, that stability is not one of this machines attributes. Only short clips are edited together HIDING the fact that there is something that needs changing to make this wonderful product what it could be.
