hold the brake and gas to about 2000rpm or more 2200rpm then when the light goes you let go of the brake and mash the pedal or put it in 4hi and hold the gas to the floor while holding the brake then give her dont rev it and put in to drive you will wreck your tranny like that i got a 2002 chevy lb7 crecab shortbox i love it
