You need help. Please seek a professional or call the local hospital to see if they have someone you can talk to about these health issues. Your marriage can be saved if you want it saved. See your priest or minister. Get help before you wind up in an institution or an early grave. You're sick. Admit it and ask for help.

I know I should probably talk to some professional, but i just can't do it. I did once and I never went back. I feel as if I'm just wasting their time & they don't really want to hear me complain. So, youtube is my outlet. It really has helped.
