This is GTA:San Andreas with SRT3 installed to give high resolution textures to the game and using Tony Resta's Real Plant Textures. What I liked best was the ENBSeries addon to give the whole game more shadowing and reflections and bloom, but this might require some tweaking to get it running good.

Best thing about all these addons since its not a total overhaul of the whole game is that it will still allow you to play online in MTA!

IF your san andreas don't launch when you install ENB series it means your pc needs to be updated.
