@applecri5p a step in right direction. the reality is that wal mart is just an example of how the economic system in this world do not work. They must be dismantled and yes its by NOT buying there, but its also by NOT buying anything that isn't local. its about produc'g ones own energy and growing ones own food. its NOT paying taxes like the rich(legally or a while) and, NEVER give credence to anything but local NEW govnmt. total destrucitve force(s). All = culture / ecological collapse

Your only offering was the information that Wal-Mart is the worlds largest corporation, whoopee! 40 years ago Sears and Montgomery Wards were the worlds largest retail. Granted Walmartsunfair advantages not just their stroke to get a better price from suppliers but the way they go about geting their stores built. They will often make an agreement where they will not pay tax for a long time yet will collect that tax. In essence the towns agree to put all the other business out of business to get a walmart. It is unfair but so is spending $510K a day in Egypt or 8.2 Million a day in Israel. All to keep oil flowing. Drive economy car grow food locally save fuel
