10 May 2008 - pt. 2

After the drama with the cops surrounding us, we went back to our car. We were also going to give our fellow anon a ride back to his car.

As we got to the parking lot, we noticed a cop car across the street just sitting in a driveway.

We got in the car, pulled out and barely made it a block before that cop pulled us over.

While we were getting pulled over, a red SUV slowly drove by while the passenger video taped us. Also, some random guy walking down the sidewalk tried to nonchalantly tape us.

The cop ticketed us for not having plates (we'll give him that one. It had been 4 months since we bought our car, but wanted to keep the plates off for the protest for obvious reasons) and for obstruction of view.

The obstruction of view thing is BS. (We had a piece of paper taped to the back window that said "www.xenu.net") The law states that if the car is equiped with both side mirrors, allowing the driver to see 200 ft of highway behind the vehicle, then it is okay to have things in your rear window.

Ironically, since I was nervous about previously being surrounded by cops and was scared about being followed, I had began to take the piece of paper down before the cop even pulled us over.

I think its obvious that even if we hadnt done anything wrong (had plates, no obstruction) he still would have pulled us over. He had an agenda, and my guess is that he is on scientology's payroll.
