Sonic RPG Episode 8-Seelkadoom Boss Battle-"Countdown" Challenge

This was a request by elviento701. In this challenge, I had to defeat Seelkadoom in 10 turns or less. Credit goes to MidNightMaren for making the Sonic RPG series.
