Thanks, janezcmer. I use to be late with my jump. Now. Can't nobody out jump me! I am quick to the basket. My rebounding avg went up 5(4 a game to 9)!! I am crushing people in Summer League. I can't wait until basketbal season starts!! Thanks again.

These are just one of many exe's. It sure helps. Warm up first, perform with max strenght on each leg, make sure ur jumpin verticality
