Get your ciabatt-o-hydrates on!

Ingredients:
4 cups Bread Flour
1/4 tsp Dry Active Yeast
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Water

Mix ingredients
Proof for 18 hours in a bowl
Form loaf
Proof for 2 hours on pan
Bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees and Enjoy!

  • How is this ciabatta without the olive oil... in it.

  • @Rotorzilla Thanks! You can get a nice crust without burning it. Use just enough to coat the loaf and make sure the temp is at or below the smoke point of the oil. Good luck!
