A small two storey building in the Taganka district of Moscow is the headquarters of the Moscow Rescue Service. The film gives viewers an insightful glimpse of the rescuers' working day. The crew here has all the necessary equipment to deal with all emergencies, whether they are on the ground, in the air or under water: hydraulic wedges and specialized pumps for rescuing people involved in road accidents, a noose for catching aggressive animals and many other useful things. We follow the rescuers as they remove a steel basket from the boy's head, save two freezing swans on the lake; rescue the worker, buried under 5 tons of sand and cope with many other non-standard situations. More than 11 000 emergency calls are made to the service during the 24 shift, the staff is in no danger of becoming unemployed!
@four4vizslas Moscow, Russia has a population of over 10 Million people- 11,000 calls over 24 hours for a city of 10, 000, 000 is very reasonable.

11 THOUSAND calls came in during the 24-hour period . . . . . I think the narrator needs reading glasses.
For a city the size of Moscow - perhaps 11 HUNDRED calls maybe the right number considering how many people refuse treatment / transport on arrival as well as prank calls.

i think that the film with the knights, which inspired the boy, may have been "Alexander Nevsky," but I do not know for certain.

In the US they took my baby away for similiar to that. They said I was guilty of neglect. After a year and a half I got my daughter back. She was never in any danger, I had never called the rescue, people called the cops on me for suspicion of stealing a vehicle, which wasn't true. The cops were waiting to arrest me and made an arrest for theft and neglect case with my baby at the same time. When the CPS get's your kids for any stupid reason they don't come home again for any stupid reason again
