You mean a macroscopic manifestation of a microscopic vacuum fluctuation? Maybe. This all ties into the relationship of the microscopic quantum world with the macroscopic world of tables and chairs. And methinks that consciousness will play a huge intermediary role between the two. Remember the words of physicist, Niels Bohr, "No phenomenon is a phenomenon until it is an observed phenomenon."
