Dear Chief Deputy Rick Ryan, This letter is in regarding to a missing child, Haleigh Cummings. As one of many concerned caring citizens of America and other parts of the world, I am saddened by this child's disappearance from her own bed, in her own home. I have followed this case closely since the day she disappeared. I understand your duty to investigate the family as prime suspects. I have read numerous reports about her family and family friends also the circumstances surrounding her disappearance. It seems your department has spent many man hours in tracking down leads, but still no arrest. I have read polygraphs were administered to her father, her father's girlfriend and mother, yet no one has appeared in front of a grand jury. At this point, I would have to think the family has been cleared. Please don't make the mistake of getting tunnel vision and losing focus off of the victim.

I'm writing this letter and begging you, please continue to look for Haleigh and don't let this case go cold. By keeping her name and face in the media, you may get the lead you need to find her, with God's help.

Please don't view this letter as anything but encouragement to your team of investigators. Nothing else is implied. I want the same as you. I want Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings found.

Please don't let this case go cold. Please do all that you can to keep her face in the public eye.
