I stumbled upon this strange music in my hall of fame [I did not hack anything to make this happen]
I actualy find the song rather creepy for some reason Il call it "dance of the magnemites"

it's MissingNo or M music, you caught it, but it 's kind of cool music, although creepy about the fact it's glitch music, not normal pokemon music

When I found MissingNO to glitch out my HoF, my Ninetales would come up and it would play the Evolution song.

probs encountered missingno, and then forgot about it, then you checked out your game. i know because it happened to me and i got a bassless version of Celadon city.
