  • I know and this isn't a diet I do refer to it usually as a "lifestyle change". Its something I plan on living with. Therefore there is not cheating but there is chance of failure and going to get fast food is failing in any circumstance. Bad day,bad mood, resulted in an emo video. All is well and the days healthy eating and exercise has commenced. :)

  • Wow,I'm surprised how much the burden goes away just knowing someone else feels the same.

I wish I knew why I cared so much about losing all the weight as soon as possible. I'm not using pills or anything that extreme I just want to look in the mirror and enjoy what I have created. Thanks so much for the support.

  • Great loss this week! 2.6 pounds to me is not a low number at all...losing a lot more than that is definitely not the best way to go. If it comes off real quickly, it could come back real quickly.

I'm with you..I have those days where I just want to throw in the towel - but you just have to push through those days! I don't deprive myself of any food and I'm still losing - just do it all in moderation and eat healthier options 90% of the time and get exercise in and you will still lose! :)

  • Hey! I really appreciate the comment. I don't deprive myself and I usually have a piece of organic chocolate everyday to make sure of it. I don't know why I'm so impatient. Maybe my goal is a bit extreme but I've seen others do it. I'm constantly comparing myself to others and it's really weighing me down. I hope this feeling passes.

  • 2.6 is a good loss but a great tip for you is to eat more often smaller meals. Not just the 3 a day if you eat more often you body starts to see the food coming in and is less likely to hold onto the weight because you are feeding it what it thinks it needs. Your will also feel less hungry by doing this because there is always something in your stomach. And guess what digestion burns calories so that aids in the burning of those unwanted calories. Also keep up the water intake that also helps.

  • Find a plan that you can follow for the rest of your life, not something thats a diet diet, if its a diet when you get off of it you will gain again. The stricter the harder it is to keep the weight off, the faster you lose weight the easier it is to gain it back. "Slow and steady wins the race" I will make a video about this stuff later :] When I feel better (I have a cold) :(

  • I suggest that you move your dinner a little closer to when you go to bed and sleep 2-3[no later!!!] hours later, and even throw in a little healthy snack to keep you from having those cravings!! Oh and I come to find the more I brush my teeth the less cravings I have, because I love the refreshing feeling :]

So I like to brush after I eat and not only at night and in the morning. lol.

  • That's great. I get impatient a lot, too! It is something I definitely need to work on. We can do this, though, and the time in which we do it is really of no consequence. As long as we are continually working towards our goals, I know we will get there :) I hope the feeling passes for you soon, and if you need any further support, don't hesitate to contact me! :)
