Have you 'withdrawn thyself' from Prosperity Preachers?

[ PLEASE READ ]
2 John v.9-11
Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.

Christians need to stop sending their money to these prosperity preachers who use your money to live in luxury. God's Word says to withdraw yourself from these false teachers. You are also being a bad steward of what He has given you, if you give to these false teachers.

Ephesians 5
3 But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, OR OF GREED, because these are improper for God's holy people.
4 Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.
5 For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or GREEDY person—such a man is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.
7 Therefore do not be partners with them.

1 Timothy 6
3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,

5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such WITHDRAW THYSELF.

6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.

7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

I had another thought. Solomon was one of the richest men ever right? But if you read through Ecclesiates you can see he realized his money/wealth meant nothing. It was "all vanity". Do you (janneliski) remember the conclusion of the matter?

This man is preaching the truth. Praise God.

While other Christians around the world are facing fierce persecution for the sake of the (TRUE) Gospel's, Christians here in America are facing the persecution of perversion of the true Gospel. We are commissioned by Jesus Christ to make sure the True Gospel remains true by 1. preaching it to this lost word and ourselves and exposing the wolves in sheep's clothing who twists it for personal gain.

I agree. Paula is a scam artist. She stole from the poor when she was at the Church Without Walls. They closed her down there & now she is teaching false doctrine on TV. Still fleecing the people who can least afford it. I have to admit, she is a great con artist. I loved the video. Thank you!

@1Cor2two TD Jakes helps keep the Gospel satellites on the air. In doing so he uses biblical PRINCIPLES regarding sowing and reaping.

He has said on numerous occasions that he ministers to the afflicted. He preaches of affliction and fighting the good fight of faith compared to a positive confession, health and wealth, walk in the park Gospel.

I've seen jakes doing conferences with various prosperity preachers. There are clips on youtube with him telling people to sow seed so they can receive 100 fold blessing, etc.

Trying to understand, Christian's were told in the pass that poverty was the way to heaven. Now the Pastor's are simply teaching scriptures that pertain to wealth and prosperity to inform us that God wants us to prosper.

when the body of Christ, begins to preach the gospel acording to Jesus the word of god then you well see souls saved, and the signs will follow because God with follow with the signs of salvation, healing, deliverance.

the reason we have what we call the church today is because no one is welling to hear sound doctoren, or deal with lies, they just go and start a new church and will not come under subjection by the Holy ghost.
