Star Fox 64 comparisons (N64 vs VC): macbeth boss

I think the explosion is slower in the original because of the N64's power. It lags a little, you see.
Well, lag or not, it just feels better in the original game. The explosions just have a little more "oompf" you know.
-
The lag makes it good though. The explosions are more fun with it. Reason I shall keep with my N64.

u know, i do wish they made more star fox games that look more like star fox 64 instead of star fox command/assualt/etc.
-
Hahahaha its so miss timed it ruins the whole dialogue.
-
@PiccoloCube somehow I doubt that explanation.
-
I wonder if you can do this with the same scene in the 3Dmake of this game?
-
This scene is why I want Star Fox 64 3D so badly.

1:40, was i the only one who thought ROB was supposed to be a robotic fox? like, the blue spheres are his eyes, and the yellow triangular shapes were his ears? ha, when i saw Star Fox Adventures i was like "what have they done to ROB??!?1"
-
@PiccoloCube Wrong.
Remember the Wii runs N64 games at 32-bit color (the N64 could only at 16-bit color, that's why some gradients looked "grainy"), and with a different clock speed, that's why it looks "accelerated" and with colors wrong.
I think the VC does a good job at emulating.
-
whats the different in the vc 1.0 version and the vc 1.1 version? because i don't see the different in the 2 vc version. (minus the big different comparing it to the Nintendo 64 version).
-
in the wii in area 6 they took out the colorful laser lights on the boss
-
Emulators can handle N64 and PS1 games no problem.
Kinda like it faster, but the one thing that sucks about it is the fact they changed the explosion's color at the base, guess that's the price for remaking this.

no, that's an emulation problem since the wii is not powerful enough to meulate 100%.
