@verticalcinema87 Estes Park is a great place. We lived in CO for 18 years and miss it,

@VideoBeerReviews I tried it up in Estes Park, Colorado. They have a great brewery there.

@verticalcinema87 I've heard good things about Moose Drool (the beer). We don't get it here though.

@snoochpounder Actually, I kept the salt to a minimum. It still came out delicious and the beer went perfect with it. Cheers!

I had this brown ale about a week ago and really loved it. So much flavor and quite dangerous, like Dogfish Head's Raisin D'etre. The alcohol is really camouflaged in some of their beers.
As for your dinner, gumbo is something I make all the time with either a turkey breast, cornish hen, or chicken and served with a homemade baguette. I've never actually paired my gumbo with a beer before. I'll be sure to do try this pairing next time ;]

@retrohippie This is a good beer and it went great with the gumbo. Definitely give it a try!

@Batman9571 Yes, Gumbo is a Cajun dish. It's very popular in Louisiana and boy is it tasty!
