Ed that looks like some good work you've done there. So you don't have anything but water in the other container. Wouldn't it work better if you made 2 cells

and hooked them up a cooling coil and use something washer pump to recirculate the water from both thru the cooling coil?

Thanks!  I could get fancy but I figure that the HHO from the smaller cell might do the job in cooling. At the same time, I feel that the HHO passing through the water of the other cell will have a positive affect in condensing the HHO and making it stronger. I wish I had measuring tools to test this. We will keep all ideas for further advances.

I think it is a good idea, but i dont think that enough hydrogen will be produced. I think you would need a large unit with 50 or more plates to get enough hydrogen flow.

These containers work fine if you have a cell that does not produce heat. The heat is usually an indication that your connections are not sealed and are becoming part of the electrolytic reaction. Also, you will want to use thicker wire (preferably stainless).

It's not about getting rid of excess heat it's about not producing it because that heat is lost energy. An electrolyser is an electrical circuit and subject to Ohm's Law. If you X2 the current(Amps) you X4 the resistive losses(heat)and that applies to all parts of the circuit including the alternator, it's worse because friction losses are also square law related so if you X2 the load on the alternator the friction losses like in the pulleys and belts and bearings and windage also go up X4.

Great cell, the only problem that those containers will melt in about a week in your car, I used the same one they are great but they dont work for a long run deal, try glass with metal top.

the only thing that bottom hose will do is act as a water leveler for both units wich is pretty cool cause you should only have to fill one unit then....respond back and tell me if that works out like that case i was thinking of doing something like that too.

your plugs are fouling out because water is going thru your hho line you need some way to dry your hho going to your motor.
