I meditate without a candle, i like to sit in a dark room and do it. Helps me keep from being distracted. Some kinds of meditation are better for some but thats the way i like to do it.
Astroprojection is part of meditation if you know how to do it right. I've been able to do it ever sence i've learned how to meditate, granted i had to practice at it of corse like all things.

I've tried scrying in the past, to no success. I use the moon to meditate on but have never tried to scry on so thanks for the food for thought. I was thinking of capturing your commentory onto my mp3 and then playing it through my head phones whilss i meditate because you have a most relaxing voice. Too bad since i dont think its possible...
