This song, written somewhere between 1980 and 1983 seems eerily prophetic about where we are today in terms of the loss of privacy, the destruction of nature and the isolation of modern life. When I wrote this, Pascal was a common programming language, I'm not even sure if its even used anymore...anyone know?

  • I don't understand where the "guns" and "doctors" comment is coming from. This song is about technology that happens too fast to assimilate. It's not about gun control or tort reform.

  • Agree with you crunch...I don't even remember the video or thread..Must have been out of my mind...

  • @wcravey I believe you are very mistaken on that statement. I am pretty sure you know that yourself.

  • Doctor;s mistakes kill far more than guns...Maybe we should outlaw them...

  • @Jackwasclumsy no, because technology has legitimate uses. guns are designed purely to kill.

  • @robokill387

I agree, but isn't that a little like saying, "guns don't kill, people do".?

  • technology isn't responsible for today's problems, just a scapegoat. humanity's use of technology made these problems.
