you patronize these real estates that succumb the agricultural lands of my town. there are many people who are homeless (landless as well) and yet you buy luxurious houses of Ayala. Ayala has bought the land from the government, or from private individuals collectively, in cheaper prices. And you bought the land from Ayala in a higher price. You are deceived. Well, no one knows how much profit Ayala gained from deceiving you but d cost of such deception is d landless state of our own farmers.

2008 Homeowners Assoc Fee for our 488 sqm lot was around P13k,
Yup, maraming showbiz stars who have homes at Ayala Westgrove.

Our selling price is now Php11,500 per sqm.
This lot has only one side with a neighbor. Owners can build a house with no fence, where the feeling is your yard opens up to a wider area.
