  • Bwiel, if I haven't said so already, thank you for making this great video - I really enjoy it!

Can I be in love now with both Charlie AND Buster? Can they each be a slice of bread if I'm turning to jelly? Lol! Seriously though, since I was a kid, I've always loved and respected both men as the greatest comedians ever. I never expected to also kinda fall IN love with them as well - but I have and it's wonderful. :-)

  • @TakersMissy Yep totally with you, it is wonderful! Thankyou for taking the time to comment. I really appreciate all the feedback on these edits of mine. :)

  • ugh i love him . i wish i knew people who know about him though , none of my friends do . i hate being 14 . so much . /:

  • @vanessaLoveeful :) don't be in hurry to grow up though! If you want to talk about Buster you've come to the right place.

  • @bwiel Great song choice, when I first saw this video I could not believe it somebody else finds Buster as sexy as I do.

  • @TheHarlean :) As you see, there are quite a few people that find Buster sexy. Thanks for watching!

  • The first time I ever saw the cameraman, that scene in the dressing room...I just about wet myself when I saw his abs..

  • Last year I wouldn't even watch films made before the 70's. Now I'm getting the hots for silent film stars???

I have no idea what's happening to me.... but I sure so like it! :D

  • @bwiel If you get a chance, please view & comment on my Chaplin videos sometime, too! :-) Thanks!

  • @eMuse5 ...and Chaplin's hot, too = omg!! <3

  • @ultamatefrogmaster What's happening to you? You've wised up! :-D And as you see, you're far from alone!

  • Gorgeous. Buster is God.

  • @svalbardhome Spite Marriage.

  • You, good person, have officially made my day. There's nothing like seeing Buster Keaton undressing, kissing and generally being lovely when coupled with some PJ Harvey. Thank you very much! :-)

  • @eMuse5 I loved Goodnight Nurse, those two were hysterical, and yes, for some reason this was before Buster became the great stone face on film. It's funny because he spends his whole vaudeville career as a stoneface, and when he's in independent films, he never smiles there either, but with Roscoe he could actually let loose and laugh and smile. And for that one I always thought it funny that he walked around all the time with blood stained clothes, different kind of film there!

  • @eMuse5 I want to post the link but YouTube is being a moron right now.

  • @TheBookWorm1718 My favorite scene out of all the Arbuckle/Keaton films (which I've watched probably more times than is healthy, ha ha) is a short one with just the two of them from Goodnight Nurse, "flirting" with each other (long story). It's hysterical. Buster totally seemed like he was about to lose it!

  • From which film is the very last scene, where Buster opens the door?

  • @holyunderwear92 I saw the Bellboy once, apparently I'll have to see it again. I thought that was one of their funniest films together.

  • @TheBookWorm1718 It's a short film called 'The Bellboy". Its a Roscoe Arbuckle movie. you can find it on youtube I believe :)

  • For those who don't know yet, there is a buster fan club called the Damfinos. They have a website and have a Buster convention each year in October around his birthday.

  • Does anybody know which one 0:54 is from? I can't remember if I've seen that one or not.

  • @eMuse5 Oh yes those two were terrific together, it's too bad that some of their films didn't survive. It's also too bad they weren't able to work together more than they did. One that I think is a perfect example of them working great together is The Bell Boy, that was HILARIOUS.

  • @TheBookWorm1718 If I get a chance to see a Keaton film on the big screen--preferably with a live score--my life will be complete. Yes, I'm starting to love those unpredictable Comique shorts more and more...and my favorite moments are the little ones when you can tell that Keaton and Arbuckle were good friends, having fun goofing around together. They played off each other's skills well.

  • @TheHarlean Thank you!

  • @eMuse5 And they are STILL a hell of a lot more entertaining than ANYTHING coming out today. You know what? I will pay the money to see these guys on the big screen, no doubt about it, it's uncommon that I pay to see anyone else in a theater.

  • @eMuse5 That scene is from the film His Wedding Night.

  • This video makes you think that Buster is sexy, although you don't like him...Great job ;)
