Nice job. My 12 year old is going through depression and ADD simultaneously. Made me think of him. Thanks so much for sharing. Makes me feel less alone as I help him through his struggles.

I felt empty to, only advice i can give is find god, read the bible, seek help by other people and we will cure.

Oh my god.. It's like I've written it myself..I feel EXACTLY the SAME WAY!!!! Once, I even wrote a song about it myself. When I was a child I also was afraid of darkness, but now that I'm an adult I'm afraid of the light. In my case it's like, I'm afraid of the future, but I'm also afraid to stay in the past. And everytime I fall down, I'm afraid to stand up again, because I could fall again. So now I just don't. (metaphorically)

Sometimes you cant help but feel in the dark walking toward the only light you see, but no matter how long, or how far you feel you walk, you just never reach that light, you long for the warmth, for the clarity of the light... some reach the light, but find that its warmth and glow fade...and your left in the darkness again

I really felt your words or whoever's words they are. But I wanted to Thank you for posting this because it made me realize that there are other people going thru exactly what I am going thru right now! We are not alone. If we could all see inside ourselves and find the love right there. It has never left us!
