@totylee Well, first off, there are spoiled kids everywhere. Secondly, there are more spoiled kids in China because of the 1 child policy. Many parents in China spend their entire lives focusing on their children being extremely talented and spoiling them.

How is being picky make someone not qualified for a position. I would rather have someone that's picky as opposed to having someone that chooses everything...you have to have the balance and choosing what's right...in other words, be picky.
