I can't speak for the quality of the show, but this is definitely the worst opening sequence to a show I've ever witnessed. It looks so damn unappealing and the "singing" (quotation marks necessary) physically hurts me.

This was great .....but doesn't beat "In living Color". HHA. That early 90's were great.

I remember this show; I was 8 yrs old. Hammerman was a Saturday morning cartoon produced by DIC Entertainment, which aired for one season on ABC. September 14 December 7, 1991
Use to watch with this along with the "Back to the Future: The Animated Series" cartoons.

To CalebCannibal, I can definitely name 3 shows that where way worse than this.
1 Family Dog
2 Capitol Critters
3 Fish police.
Hammerman wasn't that great, but it kept me entertained on Saturdays, and it was definitely alot better than any of the aforementioned shows. Plus, it's nice to see a black man who's a superhero in his own right. We only had Hammerman and Static Shock. Atleast they help portray my people, (blacks), positively, and help stop some of our negative stereotypes.

@odesti I guess I really can't say much about Hammer Man, since I never saw any footage of the show, save for the laughable opening sequence. Static Shock was pretty great, though.
