they didnt go bankrupt!!! they just didnt what to pay the contractors, AND I KNOW THIS BECAUSE THE SON OF A BITCH DIDNT PAY ME!!!!
yes the data is old, but not because it is old it went away or got better its still the same, and i tell you this because i was there last week. i feel sorry for every one that worked and purshased there...
This data is all so old now, The neighborhood has completely rebounded and the houses are being completed now and its becoming a wonderful place to live. there is so much bad information posted on the internet because of one angry person. yes people lost money on the original homes in maravilla because the builder went bankrupt but the homes are beautiful and the neighborhood is full of wonderful strong people committed to making it a great place to live. We love it here.
I live in Apache Shores, between Maravilla and Lake Austin. It's very sad that these people are having this trouble. It's also sad to see these pretty houses(some marked as uninhabitable)just sitting there. Many are for sale. One actually sold and has new people living in it now. I'm sure the problems had to be disclosed during the sale. Don't understand why anyone would buy there. My house in Apache Shores is also new, built by Triton Homes. Great builder!
Just the other day I mentioned to my wife that we should have checked out that Maravilla subdivision before moving from Austin and buying a house in San Antonio. Sure glad we never bought a house there! I had no idea about this until you posted this video. Thanks, and good luck to all of you homeowners there. I honestly feel for you guys.
