@MrHuds88 PC is not well defined, and never has been. Has always been a vague, gray area. Must be more than a hunch or suspicion, and supported by the events that have occurred. eg: cops respond to a fight, someone reports a gun involved. They arrive, someone points to you and says "he pointed a gun at me!" They have PC to frisk you. Other than following legal precident, there is no definition.
