  • WHEN YOU GET READY TO GO INTO THE CIRCLE TO STACK YOUR GOOD FEELINGS IN, HOW LONG SHOULD U REMAIN IN THE CIRCLE ANCHORING FOR.. N WHEN DOING IT THE NEXT MORNING, DO U HAVE TO RE-STACK THOSE FEELINGS OVER AGAIN, SO THE CIRCLE CAN GET STRONGER? YOUR ANSWER WOULD REALLY HELP, THANKS, LIKE YOUR EXERCISES

  • ...... This is ridiculous how well it worked. I've been browsing YouTube for NLP tactics of eliminating my anxiety which is based on a constant fear of death. I have found some really great ones, and they are all equally good! This one is probably my favorite, because the other ones require some focus... and this gives me that chance to stop and think.

  • Brilliant method, an unbeatable combination of personality and drop dead good looks along with my personal favourite, Australian accent. Thank you

  • Thank you Mark! This really helped me. A very creative way to work NLP through youtube.
