Being even more real with my reality. The insight into my last video. Acknowledging myself for being authentic. Inner Critic. The voice of the ideal women as reminded by the Understand men workshops and Alison Armstrong's teachings.
We, (male or female) as a matter of human nature, are all compelled to seek external validation. We learn these tactics when we are still babies because they work for us. eg: Please mommy and daddy and you get what you want.Trouble is, as adults, no matter how much approval we get from others...it can never be enough. Saying "I love myself" is easy, but most of us are lying when we say it, and could only define love as the opposite of hate. Everything changes when love becomes a verb.

Yes, yes, yes! I just heard your video (you're on my seldom-checked older yahoo address, sorry!) and just wanted to say YOU GO, GIRL! Your realness, honesty, courage, inner and outer beauty shine through and shine on. You reflect the journey that I am currently taking, and remind me that we really are all in this together, and we are all fine as we are. Keep up your very good work, with love and support,

You R SO FUNNY!! I love your "authentic, real and raw" self. U R so very inspiring Sierra because you remind me of... well... ME... & my own humanity & how sometimes (being human) I don't like my own flaws. Your courage really inspires me. I love that you've taken this on, to show us who you R on the inside. Even though I'm a coach, I still have flaws that sometimes I wish I didn't have. And then I remember those flaws R part of what make me me. Yr videos R a wonderful reminder. Thank u. xo
